NY Jets Muhammad Wilkerson Greets 350 Fans in Mahwah

The defensive end stopped by the Moe's in the township last week to take pictures with and sign autographs for fans.

Over 350 people stopped by the Moe’s in Mahwah last week to meet NY Jets Defensive End Muhammad Wilkerson, who the restaurant’s owners say was on hand for two hours signing autographs, taking pictures with fans, and grabbing a bite to eat.

“It was awesome - mostly because he was a really cool kid and a superstar in the making,” Moe’s owner Lee DiPrizito said of the event, which was set up in conjunction with Wilkerson’s management agency Rise Talent. Attendees spent $30 in food and drink in order to get a professional photo with Mo and two autographs.

Wilkerson even Tweeted about the experience “Headed to Moe’s in Mahwah” last Tuesday before he arrived, and a photo of his feet on a plane heading “back to Jersey” before the event.
