Ski Pink for a Cure at Campgaw This Weekend

Mahwah mountain is hosting a breast cancer fundraiser Sunday.

Campgaw Mountain Ski Area will “Go Pink” this Sunday with a "Ski & Snowboard Race Day" to Benefit the 2014 Susan G. Komen North Jersey Race for the Cure, the park recently announced. 

Below is the schedule released of the event:

Date: Sunday, March 23, 2014

  • 7:15am – On-site registration opens (at the Pavilion)
    (Note: all racers must register by 8:00am)
  • 9:00am – Open Downhill Giant Slolam Race for Ages 8 and Above

Breast Cancer Survivor Recognition Ceremony – Welcome all survivors!

  • 1:30pm – Organized activities end (participants may ski until closing)

Location: Campgaw Mountain, 200 Campgaw Road, Mahwah, NJ, Tel: 201-327-7800

Entry Fee: $28, which includes all-day Snow Pass lift ticket

Fee for Non-Skiers: $15 for all-day Snow Pass lift ticket (purchase on-site day of event)

Snowtubing: $15 (advance reservations recommended; visit www.skicampgaw.com and click on the “tubing” tab.

A portion of all fees will be donated to Susan G. Komen North Jersey Race for the Cure.
