Undefeated Mahwah Team Clinches Bergen Title
The 6th Grade Basketball team won a close game last week to secure its victory.
Sixth graders in Mahwah are Bergen County champs.
The Mahwah 6th Grade Basketball team went undefeated in the Bergen Travel Basketball League and clinched a tough win over Old Tappan last Thursday, March 13, to win the county title.
Team members include Garrett Kurtz, Michael Keller, Alex Kaplan, Nicholas Stewart, Anna Morris, Justin Wong, Scott Tremblay, Jack Shelstad, Matt Baer, and Jelani Bascom. Coaches are John Stewart and Herb Baer.
