Chamber To Host 'Picnic And A Ball Game'

The , along with Chambers from Nyack (NY), Pearl River (NY) and Montvale, will host a “Picnic and Baseball” event on Thursday, August 2, at the Rockland Boulders Stadium, 1 Provident Bank Park Drive, Pomona, NY 10970 (off exit 12 of the Palisades Interstate Parkway North). The gates open at 6:00 pm, the picnic begins at 6:30 pm and the game starts at 7 pm. This event is a great chance to network with other Mahwah Chamber members, members from other Chambers in the region, and catch a baseball game right in your own backyard without the hassles of big-city traffic. 

The game will feature a battle between two Mahwah Chamber members – the Rockland Boulders vs. the Newark Bears. The price includes a reserved seat ticket to the game, plus an unlimited buffet at the Bridge Bar from 6:30 - 8:30 pm, including hot dogs, hamburgers, baked beans, water, and Coca-Cola products. 

There are additional promotions going on that evening: it’s “Ladies’ Night,” “Provident Pay Day” (the first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive an envelope containing anywhere from $1 to $100) and the evening ends with a fireworks extravaganza.
