Hi all. I was an aging athlete having performance issues until I met Ms. Ferestein. I was lacking energy, having trouble keeping up with what I had done in the past as I was entering my 5th century. Ms. Ferestein worked with me on providing a customized plan that dealt with most of my issues, providing me with proper nutritional advice, supplementation, and teaching about my eating habits that were causing my downfall. I remember after a few short months saying that I felt like a dyslexic 53 year old. Suddenly I felt like I was 35 and keeping up with them as well. Wow.
