Never had I ever had such a hard time with a food company!
I call in an order for food for delivery, the guy on the phone says 10 mins... 10 mins? for chicken?? What, you want to give me some kind of disease? So I'm waiting by the door for this guy.. 10.. 15.. 20.. a half hour later this man finally shows up. I check to make sure that they had everything, and they forgot my buffalo wings! The driver was very apologetic, I said I wasnt going to pay for it until I recieved the rest of my order. He gave me what he had and said he'd be back. So I open up my thing of chicken and it's cold! The fries were the same way, cold as ice! I called them back up on the phone and explained to them, listen, if the rest of your food is like this, then I'm not buying. The man on the phone tried everything in the book, but I said no. He then proceeded to yell at me saying that if I dont like the food, I can go someplace else!
All and all, the food was horrible and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone I know...

You should give them another try. My kids and I love this place and eat there often. I have never had a problem with the order or the temp of the food. They have always stated 30 minutes on the phone and usually are at my house in that time with hot chicken, mashed potatos and rolls. Keep up the good work.
