Keith is the best personal trainer i have had to date , he works dilligently with you where other trainers show you a routine once then gives you a paper to follow, he is respectful , communicates well and is excellent in kickboxing training and fat burning , cardio is super , weightlifting TECHNIQUES is the BOMB!!!!
