Very friendly staff and they also do international shipping for pretty much anything/everything. The salespeople were extremely kind and patient with me when it came to buying a uke. Plus, their return/exchange policy is reasonable.

I wish I would've read the reviews on this place before going here. Went in for a basic guitar set up and came out $60 short and angry. At least he changed the strings. This guy didn't set up anything. These guys suck. Plain and simple. I would give this place a minus 5 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place.

I love Robbie's Music ! I have been a customer for over 30 years. The owner and his wife are great people and the service is the best. I'am now bringing my son for lessons, another generation of Robbie's customers. I would never go anywhere else.

Rude owner basically he is an A**Hole, screams yes he screams and belittles his customers and his employees are terrified of him. This idiot owner is the reason why i stay away from mom and pop stores stick to Sam ash or go to victors but please and believe me for your own good keep away from this place.

I will not be going back to Robbie's music for any sort of service. He promised to fix the nut on my Gibson in a week and get it playable. It took over two and a half weeks and he filed the nut too low and raised the action 3/4 inches off the fret board so that it wasn't playable. He said he couldn't fix it because there was a twist in the neck when I took it to Guitar center and they fixed the twist in under 5 minutes. He charged me $180 to polish, restring, tune, and fix the nut (which he didn't do properly). What a rip off. Go to someone who knows what they're doing, and who won't angrily shut the store door in your face and threaten to call the cops when you ask him to fix it properly or for a refund.

The first time I went to Robbie's I had awesome service, this was a month ago. The second time, I experienced the same. They let me try out anything I wanted, were very helpful, and didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking questions or not knowing certain things...It's a great alternative for Guitar Center in terms of service and helpfulness. They'll also beat any GC advertised price and though they lack the selection of GC, they can order almost anything you'd want, They've definitely won me over.

N.B. - it's not like I'm even a very good customer, I'm a crappily dressed college student with very little money who has only ended up buying strings and cables so far, but when I'm ready to make big purchases like my next amp (later this month) I will definitely be going here)

I recently tried to return a guitar case purchased 2 days prior for my son. The case did not fit. I did not need anything else at the time. The owner would not give a store credit. He was so extreamly rude, he made snide remarks and then actually made a lewd gesture at my wife! I was so angry I considered reporting him to the cops. I felt bad for the poor kid he had working there. What a complete monster. I called the credit card and they canceled payment. Unless you want the worst service in the world, don't go to Robbies.
