Valley Boot Camp is an outdoor exercise program that aims to challenge beginner and seasoned exercise enthusiasts. The camp implements strength training regimens, cardio drills, calisthenics, fitness games and obstacle courses into workout routines. Valley Boot Camp also offers individual training sessions and corporate fitness programs.
