When the school bell rings it signals the start of the new school year.   Who said the classroom is just for kids? Adults can learn new skills and continue to be lifelong learners when they enroll in any of the bountiful classes in the area. Here's a sample of some upcoming classes adults in Mahwah can enjoy: IR (Institute for Learning in Retirement) – Held at Bergen Community College in cooperation with Elderhostel. Adults 55 and older can attend educational and informative classes. A one-academic-year membership fee of $160 entitles you to enroll in four ILR courses each semester. Tito's Burritos shares a Pico de Gallo recipe

Since its debut last December, Tito's Burritos in Ridgewood has been serving delicious Mexican cuisine and wings. For Memorial Day this year, they were nice enough to share their recipe for a huge batch of pico de gallo, the perfect addition to a barbecue. Ingredients: 1 box (25 lbs.) diced tomatoes 2 large onions, diced 1 large handful of finely chopped cilantro 1 cup of salt 4 limes Mix the tomatoes, onions, cilantro and salt.
