Chris's love of fitness started right out of high school. With Group Exercise classes and aerobics she is an avid exercise enthusiast who has participated in many 5k's, Half Marathons and has also completed the NYC, Marine Corps, and Chicago marathons. As part of her personal training regime she trains with weights, TRX suspension training, and long distance running.Chris understands the mindset needed for success and has had the opportunity to train people at many different levels of fitness. Her love of fitness shows in her energy, she is motivated and driven and she shares this with the people she trains. Chris is N.A.S.M Certified and certified in Body Training Systems/Group Power and Boot Camp Instructor.
