  the new owners are the biggest dunces on the planet.
  If you like phantom billing, phantom late charges and getting your access code locked out for no reason this is the place for you.
  I am on auto pay on my cc.
  I got a call 6 weeks ago:
  "you did not pay your bill"
  "I'm on auto Pay"
  "We have no record of your card"
  "you took it out last month"
  " we are under new mgt"
  "ok I'll stop by and give you the cc number"
  " I keep getting notices that I did not pay my bill"
  "ignore them you are on auto pay"
  5 weeks later ......"dear Hank you did not pay your bill and we are adding $30.00 penalty"
  "but I am on auto pay!"
  "we have no record of you on auto pay, we need your cc number to update your file"
