I grew up here in New Jersey in Cliffside Park & North Bergen. I obtained a bachelor's degree from Bloomfield College & a Master of City & Regional Planning from Rutgers University after serving in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam. After working as an environmental planner with the state of New York and a private company, I operated my own import company from 1976 until 1984. In 1984 I began my Real Estate career and became a Dad for the first time when my son Ian was born. I also served on the Ramsey Planning Board & environmental commission that year. In 1987 I obtained my broker's Real Estate license and managed 2 offices for Murphy Realty BH&G for 5 Years. 1987 was also significant because of the birth of my Daughter Lauren and our move from Ramsey to Mahwah.

 In 1992 I returned to sales & closed over 40 homes. I joined Re/max Real Estate in 1993 and had continued there until I recently affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Ramsey. In recent years I have represented a number of senior citizens and have done my best to learn about the financial & family issues seniors are facing & how it impacts their housing needs. Making the transition understandable & crisis free is my paramount goal for all of my clients. As Mahwah has grown and become more diversified I have continued to stay abreast of the growing options for Mahwah residents & their housing needs. As an owner of a Townhouse the importance of the condominium communities and what they offer buyers is an important option for first time buyers as well as empty nesters looking to down size their life style.
